These Terms of Service govern your use of noveriqn.com, the Noveriqn storefront operated by Jiangxi Shunsipei Network Technology Co., Ltd. Using the storefront
Use this site only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information when contacting us or making a purchase. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase, or use the store with the involvement of an authorized parent or guardian where required. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials private and for notifying us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Product and skincare information
Product information is intended to help you understand the particular item presented. Do not infer ingredients, certifications or suitability from imagery or general category descriptions. Follow the directions and information supplied for the individual product. Store content is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for qualified medical advice.
Prices and orders
Store prices are in US dollars (USD). Available payment options and the order total appear at checkout. Terms of Purchase describes ordering and payment; Shipping Policy and Return Policy explain delivery and after-sales requests. If we identify a material error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain it and resolve the order rather than silently substituting a different item or price.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person's information. Do not copy or exploit site material in a way that infringes applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to the store does not transfer ownership of its branding, text or other protected content.
Messages and submitted material
When you contact us, provide only information relevant to your request and material you have the right to share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content. Personal information is handled as described in Privacy Policy. Sending us a support message does not authorize publication of your personal information as a review.

We aim to keep the storefront useful and accessible, but maintenance or technical problems may interrupt access. Contact support if an interruption affects an order.
Rights, updates and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms for future use of the store and will show the revision date on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Please contact us first about a concern so we can seek a practical resolution; this does not prevent you from using available legal remedies.
