These Terms of Purchase explain how orders are handled at noveriqn.com. Noveriqn is operated by Jiangxi Shunsipei Network Technology Co., Ltd. They should be read with Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Before you place an order
Review the item, quantity, product information, delivery address and final checkout amount. Select skincare based on the individual product's information rather than assumptions about an entire range. Contact us before purchasing if information important to your choice is unclear.
Currency, charges and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The payment options available for your order are those displayed at checkout. Review any shipping charge and applicable taxes before submitting payment. We do not ask you to send full payment-card information or passwords by email. Your payment provider may apply its own charges or currency-conversion terms, which are separate from our listed product price.
Order information and corrections
Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your purchase and reach you about it. Keep your order reference for support. If an item, price or order detail is affected by an error, we will contact you to explain the issue and available resolution; we will not silently charge a higher price or substitute a different product.
Dispatch and delivery
Delivery is available to eligible United States addresses. Orders are dispatched within 24 consecutive hours after payment is confirmed, followed by an estimated transit period of 7–15 business days. Shipping is free on orders of USD 50 or more. Below USD 50, the applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout. Shipping Policy provides further delivery information.
Changes and cancellations
Contact service@noveriqn.com as soon as you need to change or cancel an order. We will check fulfillment status and confirm what is possible. A request does not itself cancel an order, and dispatch may prevent a change or cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, we will explain the applicable return process. This does not limit cancellation or other rights provided by applicable law.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Obtain the correct return instructions before sending the parcel. You pay return freight for a preference-based return; we bear reasonable return shipping costs for merchant or product error. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. See Return Policy for the full process.
Problems with your purchase
Contact us about incorrect, damaged or faulty items, delivery delays, missing parcels or payment questions. Include the order number and relevant details so we can review the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or require you to give up rights to seek a remedy.
